1 HMR Beef Stroganoff with Noodles Entree
1 cup sliced mushrooms
4 cups fresh baby spinach
1 tablespoon nonfat sour cream
Dash nutmeg
Salt to taste
1. Saute the mushrooms in non-stick cooking
spray until most of the liquid is released.
2. Add the spinach. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Cover and steam until spinach is wilted.
3. Add the entree, nutmeg, salt (optional), and
sour cream. Stir.
4. Continue heating until warmed thoroughly.
