Shakes/Fruit Smoothies

Black Forest Smoothie

6 oz. cold water
1 scoop HMR 120 Chocolate (or one packet of any chocolate HMR Shake mix)
1 cup frozen cherries
Optional: 2-4 ice cubes

1. Pour water into a blender. Cover blender.
2. Begin mixing on lowest speed.
3. While blender is on, add shake mix. Blend for
    10 seconds.
4. Add frozen cherries, a few at a time, replacing
    the blender cover after adding the cherries
    each time.
5. Optional: Add 2-4 ice cubes to make the
    shake ultra thick.
