3-5 leaves butter lettuce

¼ cup sliced red bell pepper

¼ cup sliced yellow bell pepper

¼ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup black beans

½ avocado

1-2 Tsp taco seasoning

1 Tbs fat-free sour cream

Optional: juice from ¼ lime
Directions
Heat a pan over low to medium heat. Add entree and sprinkle in taco seasoning and stir.
Add bell peppers, tomatoes, and black beans and cook until warm.
Fill lettuce leaves with entree and vegetable mixture, and top with avocado, sour cream, and lime juice.
