  • 1 HMR Chicken with Barbecue Sauce with Rice and Beans Entree
  • 1 corn on the cob, cooked
  • ½ fresh tomato, cut into wedges
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ red onion, sliced
  • ½ cup shredded cabbage
  • nonfat Italian dressing


  1. Heat entree.
  2. To make salad: combine tomato, cucumber, shredded cabbage, and onion slices.
  3. Drizzle low-calorie (<15 cals/Tbsp.) Italian dressing over cabbage and tomato /cucumber mixture.
  4. Serve with the corn and entree.
