Mandarin Spinach Salad with Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 HMR Savory Chicken Entree
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • ½ cup canned, sliced water chestnuts
  • ½ cup canned garbanzo beans
  • ½ cup canned Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced red onions
  • 2 Tbsp. nonfat vinaigrette salad dressing

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat entree for 30 seconds.
  2. Cut chicken into diagonal strips.
  3. Place in medium-sized bowl.
  4. Add canned vegetables, oranges, and red onions.
  5. Toss gently. Add spinach. Toss again.
  6. Drizzle with salad dressing.
