HMR Vegetable Stew with Beef

Vegetable beef stew is a staple of the fall and winter seasons. Our HMR Vegetable Stew with Beef Entree is no exception, but that doesn’t stop dieters from asking for it all year long! This dish brings together tender chunks of beef and vegetables like potatoes, onions, carrots, peas, and celery. It is all cooked together into one deliciously satisfying stew. Food shown with added vegetables.

Southwestern Beef Stew

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 HMR Vegetable Stew with Beef Entree
  • ½ cup corn
  • ½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup canned chopped tomatoes (do not drain)
  • ½ Tbsp. taco seasoning mix

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour into an oven-proof dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
  3. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
