HMR Vegetarian Thai Curry with Brown Rice

HMR Vegetarian Thai Curry is one of the internationally-inspired entrees of the weight-loss program, and has quickly become a favorite of many HMR dieters. This dish is one of our vegetarian entree options, but it still boasts an impressive 11g of protein. Mango Vegetable Curry

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 HMR Vegetarian Thai Curry with Brown Rice Entree
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • ½ cup diced mango
  • Lime juice to taste (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat entree.
  2. Steam or microwave peas until tender.
  3. Heat mango for one minute in microwave.
  4. Combine all ingredients and stir to coat the peas and mango with entree.
