How much can I expect to lose?
In our at-home plan with Group Coaching, you can lose 23 lbs. in 12 weeks—almost double what people lose who do the program on their own (13 lbs. in 12 weeks).
What is the commitment and cost?
Group coaching is available to you absolutely FREE with your HMR membership. You can cancel group coaching at any time and follow the program on your own.
