INGREDIENTS
- 1 HMR Chocolate Shake
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1/2 tsp sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Pour water into the blender. Loosen lid to allow steam to escape.
- 2. Add HMR shake mix and pudding mix, then cover loosely and blend on low speed for 5 seconds.
- 3. Important: If using HMR 70 Plus, use warm (not hot) water.
