Warm fluffy pancakes topped with your choice of fruit and sugar-free syrup. A great weight-loss breakfast with only 3 ingredients. This recipe supports the Decision-free, Healthy Solutions, and Phase 2 diet plan. This recipe makes 1 serving at 345 calories.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Multigrain Hot Cereal
- 1 70 Plus Vanilla Shake
- 1/2 cup water (1/4-1/3 cup for waffles)
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Blend Multigrain Hot Cereal mix in a food processor until flour consistency. Then mix with 70 Plus shake powder and stir to combine.
- 2. Add in water and stir until you get a thick batter consistency. (add less water for a thicker batter to make waffles).
- 3. Heat a pan (or waffle iron) over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Pour batter, and cook until golden brown, flip, and cook other side for 2-4 minutes until golden brown. Makes about 4 pancakes.
- 4. Top with sugar-free maple syrup. (Add fruit if on Healthy Solutions Diet)
