Lemon Cheesecake Mousse

This recipe supports the Decision-Free plan, and can also be used with all HMR plans.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 HMR Vanilla Shake
- 1/2 Tbs fat-free, sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
- 1/2 Tbs fat-free, sugar-free lemon pudding mix
- 8 ice cubes
- 4 oz. cold water
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Blend 8 ice cubes in a food processor then scrape off the sides.
- 2. Add 4 oz water.
- 3. Add HMR Vanilla Shake mix.
- 4. Add the pudding mix powder.
- 5. Blend for a few minutes, until smooth.
