INGREDIENTS
- 1 HMR Vanilla Shake
- 1 Cup tropical flavored sparkling water
- 1 Teaspoon coconut extract
- 2 Cup crushed ice
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Pour sparkling water into blender.
- 2. Add shake and coconut extract.
- 3. Blend for 30 seconds. Add crushed ice until blended smooth.
