INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup oats (dry)
- 1 cup water
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- dash of salt
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Add oats and water to a medium saucepan and place on stove over medium-high heat.
- 2. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until oats thicken and absorb the water.
- 3. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
