  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prep baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. 2. Clean mushroom caps and discard the stems. Then place mushroom caps on baking sheet and add 1 tsp soy sauce onto each mushroom.
  3. 3. Roast mushroom caps for 20-25 min. Until lightly browned on the bottom. Then remove from oven and drain any excess moisture.
  4. 4. Microwave Chicken with Barbecue Sauce entree until warm. Then separate the chicken pieces from the rest of the entree.
  5. 5. Build your sandwich by placing the chicken and condiments of choice in between both mushroom caps.
  6. 6. Serve the rice and bean mixture on the side.
