INGREDIENTS
- 1 Head cauliflower (chopped into florets)
- 1/2-3/4 Cup hot sauce
- 1 Tbs garlic powder
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and prep a baking sheet with aluminum foil and cooking spray.
- 2. Place cauliflower florets, hot sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl and mix to coat the cauliflower.
- 3. Place cauliflower on baking sheet and bake about 20-25 minutes until lightly golden then drizzle with lemon juice.
