  1. 1. Place a pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Add onions and peppers. Slice chicken into strips and add to pan. Heat until soft, about 5-10 minutes.
  2. 2. Dissolve seasoning in water and add to pan with lime juice, if desired. Mix together and heat until warm.
  3. 3. Add rice and beans from entree and stir thoroughly. Remove from heat and top with salsa.
