Lemon Berry Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 HMR Vanilla Shake
  • 1/2 Cup cold water
  • 1/2 Cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1/2 Cup frozen unsweetened blackberries
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar-free, fat-free lemon pudding mix
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Place frozen berries in food processor fitted with a metal blade.
  2. 2. Process frozen berries until finely ground.
  3. 3. Turn off the food processor.
  4. 4. Scrape berries down off the sides of the processor.
  5. 5. Turn the food processor back on.
  6. 6. Add water, shake mix, and pudding powder.
  7. 7. Process for 2 minutes or until it becomes a soft "ice cream" texture.
