INGREDIENTS
- 1 HMR Crustless Chicken Pot Pie Entree
- 3/4 cup peas
- 3/4 cup diced carrots
- 1 small potato (cooked and mashed)
- optional: parsley for topping
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix entree with peas and carrots.
- 3. Spray a small baking dish with non-stock cooking spray and place entree and vegetable mixture into dish.
- 4. Spread mashed potato over the top of entree and vegetables.
- 5. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- 6. Garnish with parsley.
