INGREDIENTS
- 1 HMR Chocolate Shake
- 5 Oz Water
- 1 Teaspoon Instant coffee
- 1 Teaspoon Unsweetened cocoa
- 4 Ice cubes
- Dash Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Pour cold water into a blender
- 2. Begin mixing on lowest speed
- 3. While blender is on, add shake mix, sweetener, and flavorings
- 4. Blend for about 10 seconds
- 5. Gradually add ice cubes, one at a time, replacing the blender cover after adding each ice cube
- 6. Continue mixing on lowest speed 1-1 1/2 minutes until thoroughly blended and shake is smooth
