  • 1 HMR Chocolate Shake
  • 5 Oz Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Instant coffee
  • 1 Teaspoon Unsweetened cocoa
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • Dash Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Pour cold water into a blender
  2. 2. Begin mixing on lowest speed
  3. 3. While blender is on, add shake mix, sweetener, and flavorings
  4. 4. Blend for about 10 seconds
  5. 5. Gradually add ice cubes, one at a time, replacing the blender cover after adding each ice cube
  6. 6. Continue mixing on lowest speed 1-1 1/2 minutes until thoroughly blended and shake is smooth
