I've always liked the Multigrain Hot Cereal except that it doesn't have the fiber that I need. (AllBran is what I need). I've using the cereal to make muffins to use as a snack in Phase 2. But I ate it all the time during phase 1 and didn't make muffins then.

Very filling and delicious

I love this hot cereal, especially with diced apples and cinnamon. It's very filling!

Absolute favorite. I like to add cinnamon and apple pie spice. I usually start with mashing a banana in my bowl and add some craisins, then hot water. I then cook it in the microwave longer and it makes a type of bread.
