Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind all of our products; however, if you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date your product is ordered to try it and request a refund if you don’t love it.
As of December 12, 2024, HMR is no longer accepting returns, due to food safety protocol.
To Request a Refund
Send us an email at customerservice@hmrprogram.com with the subject line REFUND REQUEST and include your order number, order date, the item(s) for which you would like to receive a refund, and the quantities for each, along with the email address that was used to place the original order.
Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for recurring subscription orders that were processed prior to customer cancellation. Customers are responsible for editing and managing their subscriptions or cancelling on the website prior to the processing date.
Refunds only apply to first-time purchases of a specific product(s).
Only products purchased through www.hmrprogram.com are eligible for a refund under this policy. If you have purchased through one of our retail partners, including Amazon, please reach out to them regarding your return request.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
