Great taste and great way to start day espy with fruit , cinnamon and some vanilla shake.

I use the cereal to make muffins. That way I have a breakfast that I can eat in the car during busy mornings.

I do really like this cereal. I will say, though, that the print on the envelope is a bit tiny so I didn't read the water amount correctly without my glasses on. That makes a big difference.

I have eaten this multi-grain cereal for 15 years now. Nothing else comes close.
