Lactose-free and packed with smooth, chocolatey flavor, HMR 70 Plus is one of the most versatile members of the HMR Shake family and can be used on any HMR plan. Blend it with ice to create a filling shake or fluffy mousse, or add water to make a rich, delicious instant pudding. Add fruit or your favorite low-calorie flavoring for a quick dessert. Ideal for anyone with a lactose intolerance, but delicious for anyone. See allergen details.

Wondering why it’s called "70 Plus”? Five servings (the daily minimum on HMR's most structured diet plan, offered in clinics) provides 70 grams of protein.
