Another staple

If I didn't see the proof I wouldn't think I could lose weight eating noodles and beef stroganoff. But for me it's tasty. The beef is tender with just a tiny bit of bite resistance. Chop in a little onion or have a lively side salad with it to get a nice different flavor.
