Cook on stove and add an Entree - YUM!

One of my favorite ways to add variety to the entrees. I put 1.5 cups of water on the stove and add the HMR soup. Cook on high, until soup dissolves. Add an entrée. I like so many, but I love the SW Bean/grain. Add some veggies (corn, black beans, tomato, onion go well with this Entrée). Add seasoning (chili powder, taco seasoning) and let it simmer for just a bit to absorb all the flavors). So good! The soup goes well with many HMR entrees and vegetables.

Chicken soup

The old soup was much better! This chicken soup has an odd taste, doesn’t dissolve well, and has dehydrated vegetable bits that are strange, hard, and unappetizing. It remains clumpy no matter what I do, and I strongly dislike the hard vegetable bits…like eating raw, uncooked rice.

Gross and disappointing

Doesn't mix well; no matter how hot the water is or how well you whisk it - still lots of clumps. Flavor is just ok. Texture is weird. The veggies also never really rehydrate all the way or very well.

Good flavor:
Neg; Doesn’t blend well, balls up and does not get smooth in the blender.
