1 HMR Chicken Pasta Parmesan Entree

1 medium spaghetti squash

1 Tbs garlic powder

1 Tsp basil

Dash of salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and prep baking sheet with aluminum foil and cooking spray.
Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, and a dash of salt and pepper on the flesh side of the spaghetti squash, then place flesh side down on baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown and easy to separate flesh with a fork.
When squash is done, use a fork to scrape the flesh of the squash to pull up the strands. Then place about 2 cups on a plate.
Heat entree as directed on package then place over spaghetti squash and top with basil.
