¼ cup onion, chopped

½ a bell pepper, chopped

¼ cup artichoke hearts from a can or jar, drained and chopped

½ cup chickpeas/garbanzo beans, drained

¼ cup canned diced tomatoes

Directions
Place a pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
Add onion and bell pepper to pan and cook until soft, about 5-10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients to pan and heat until warm.
