Make the Pudding: Add 70 Plus mix to a bowl, add water and rum extract and stir into a thick, rich pudding consistency. Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir to incorporate. Put in fridge to chill while you cook the banana.
“Flambe” the Banana: Spray pan with nonstick spray, place over medium heat, and add sliced bananas sprinkled with 1 tsp of maple syrup.
Heat through and allow bananas to brown slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and cook for one more minute, stirring to coat the banana slices.
Turn off heat and set bananas aside.
Take chilled pudding out of fridge and transfer to a room temperature bowl.
