- 1/2 Cup chopped onions

- 2 Cup fresh baby spinach (or chopped kale)
- 1 Teaspoon basil
- 0 salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Bring broth to a boil.
- 2. Add onion and carrots.
- 3. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Add the spinach (or kale), stir, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Add the entree and seasonings. Stir.
