Virtual Coaching Support and More with the HMR App
The HMR App is a companion to all HMR Plans and offers a complement of features to support you with your weight and health management goals. Whether you are working with a coach or on your own, the app extends the support of our coaches right into the palm of your hand. The HMR App is available for iPhone and Android.

Virtual Coaching Support
Whether you attend coaching sessions in person, by phone, or are doing the program on your own, you have the added benefit of virtual coaching support:
Tips and strategies when you need them. Each day the app serves up a coaching tip to help you find new recipes and strategies, take on a challenge for the day, or link to support from the HMR community. You can see your last 7 days of tips in the "More" menu of the app.
Notifications and reminders. Periodic, gentle nudges help you keep track of your weigh-ins and record keeping.
Set and track your weekly goals. The "Goals" feature gives you more customization options so you can focus on a particular area of the program.
Motivating reinforcement. Experience in-app celebrations when you achieve key milestones.
By far, the most requested feature we’ve received is water tracking. So we've built tracking capability into the app.
With multiple ways to view your notes, you can easily jot down your plans, track additional foods, and customize your record keeping to fit your needs.
