INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- dash of salt and pepper
- 1 HMR Creamy Mac & Cheese Entree
- 1 clove crushed garlic
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. Heat a medium pan over low heat. Add tomatoes, spinach, and a dash of salt and pepper. Cook until tomatoes are soft and spinach is wilted.
- 3. Place tomato and spinach mixture into a small casserole dish and add entree and crushed garlic. Mix together and bake in oven for 20 minutes.
