Carrot Cake Shake

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 HMR Vanilla Shake
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1/4 Cup pineapple juice (from canned pineapple - in its own juice)
  • 1/2 Cup canned crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
  • 1/2 Cup shredded carrots
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Blend liquids in the blender.
  2. 2. Add carrots and blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Add pineapple and the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
