Carrot Cake Shake

This recipe supports the Healthy Solutions plan, and can also be used with Healthy Shakes and Phase 2 plans.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 HMR Vanilla Shake
- 1/2 Cup water
- 3 ice cubes
- 1/4 Cup pineapple juice (from canned pineapple - in its own juice)
- 1/2 Cup canned crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
- 1/2 Cup shredded carrots
- 1 Tablespoon sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix
- 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Blend liquids in the blender.
- 2. Add carrots and blend until smooth.
- 3. Add pineapple and the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
