Guacamole and Sweet Peppers

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 whole avocado
  • juice from 1/2 lime
  • 1 Tbs cilantro
  • 1 Tbs garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 24 mini sweet peppers
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Scoop avocado flesh out of skin and place in bowl with juice from lime. Mash with a fork.
  2. 2. Add remaining ingredients (cilantro, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper) and mix together.
  3. 3. Prep mini peppers by cutting off the stem and slicing in half.
  4. 4. Serve guacamole with mini sweet peppers.
