  • 1 HMR Vanilla Shake
  • 1 Tablespoon fat-free, sugar-free cheesecake pudding
  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 1/2 Cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 Tablespoon Crystal Light lemonade mix
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Add HMR Vanilla Shake, cheesecake pudding, lemonade mix, and berries to blender.
  2. 2. Add 3/4 cup water.
  3. 3. Blend until desired consistency.
