INGREDIENTS
  • 1 HMR Whole Grain Medley with Chicken entree
  • 1/2 Cup canned artichoke hearts (in water), (drained and quartered)
  • 1/2 Cup chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/2 Cup red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs non-fat sour cream
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. To enjoy cold- simply combine all ingredients.
  2. 2. To enjoy hot- preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. 3. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
  4. 4. Spray an oven-safe dish with non-stick cooking spray, add the combined ingredients, and bake uncovered for about 25 min.
