  1. 1. Add cold water to your blender and start blending at a low speed.
  2. 2. Add 1 scoop HMR Vanilla Shake mix.
  3. 3. Add P2 Powdered Peanut Butter.
  4. 4. Add strawberries.
  5. 5. Add ice cubes one.
  6. 6. Allow to blend for 1 minute and enjoy the taste of a PB and J sandwich in shake form!
