Peanut Butter and Jelly Shake

This recipe supports the Healthy Solutions plan, and can also be used with Healthy Shakes and Phase 2 plans.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 HMR Vanilla Shake
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 Tbs. P2 Powdered Peanut Butter
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 4-6 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Add cold water to your blender and start blending at a low speed.
- 2. Add 1 scoop HMR Vanilla Shake mix.
- 3. Add P2 Powdered Peanut Butter.
- 4. Add strawberries.
- 5. Add ice cubes one.
- 6. Allow to blend for 1 minute and enjoy the taste of a PB and J sandwich in shake form!
