Made using alternating layers of creamy vanilla yogurt and refreshing blueberries and strawberries (or raspberries) – this red, white, and blue parfait tastes as good as it looks! Plus, it’s simple to make – so you can whip up this dish quickly and spend time enjoying the festivities. This recipe supports the Phase 2 diet plan. This recipe makes 1 serving at 340 calories.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 Cup blueberries
- 1/2 Cup strawberries or raspberries
- 2 Tbs sliced almonds
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- 1. In a bowl or short glass cup, add a 1/4 cup scoop of yogurt, layer a scoop of berries, and a sprinkle of sliced almonds. Continue layering until you've used all of the ingredients.
- 2. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
