Ingredients

1 HMR Vanilla Shake
1 (12 oz.) can cold Fresca® (diet grapefruit soda)
1 banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries (unsweetened strawberries and raspberries)
4 ice cubes

Directions

Pour 12 oz. can of diet soda into blender, 1 serving HMR Shake mix, banana and frozen berries.
Begin blending on lowest speed for about 30 seconds.
Gradually add ice cubes (more ice = thicker shake). Note: when using frozen fruit, ice is optional.
Blend on highest speed for about a minute.
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
