Place frozen berries and ice cubes in food processor fitted with the metal blade.
Process berries and ice until finely ground.
Turn off the food processor. Scrape berries down off the sides of the mixing bowl.
Turn processor back on and add 4 oz. water, 1 serving of HMR Shake mix, and sweetener, if using.
Process for 2 minutes or until it becomes a soft ice cream texture. You might have to stop periodically to scrape the ice cream down off the sides of the mixing bowl.
