70 plus chocolate pudding
I have loved 70 plus chocolate pudding for probably since 1990. I have had it almost every day until it changed. It was hard to get one of the ingredients. And now it does not make pudding. I still miss the peanut butter bar. Remember those . Any way not worth it like it is. So sorry. The entrees are still great. 🙏🙏🙏🙏😇😎🤠

Thanks for your feedback and long term use of HMR foods. Recently HMR has experienced a number of supply chain issues that stem from a shortage of the ingredient calcium caseinate. Calcium caseinate is one of the proteins in the 70 Plus Shake Mix, 800 Shake Mix, 120 Shake Mix, and the 500 Chicken Flavored Soup Mix.  HMR has worked diligently with our manufacturer and supplier to secure this ingredient.  Although the ingredient is from the same supplier, there can be slight variations in ingredients from batch to batch.
The 70 Plus shakes contain the most calcium caseinate compared to other HMR shake products. Because of how this calcium caseinate ingredient impacts the shake mix, it may be necessary to adjust the amount of water needed when making pudding. If you typically follow the box directions, which calls for 2 oz of water to be mixed with the shake powder, you may find yourself needing to add slightly more or slightly less water in order to reach the right consistency. In your batch, it sounds like you need less. We suggest adding water slowly and mixing the shake mix and water thoroughly for best pudding texture and consistency. We understand that people’s preference varies when it comes to the thickness of the pudding. I also recommend after you mix it with a little water, put it in the fridge and it thickens further. Good luck with everything!

Why the green peppers?! Where’s the cheese?!
Not what you think of when hearing Parmesan chicken pasta. Where’s the cheese? Flavor is over dominated by the green peppers
Jenna W.
Thank you for your feedback! Cheese is actually the 4th ingredient in the dish. The peppers represent less than 2% of the dish so if you picked them out, it wouldn't change the dish too much. A cheese powder makes a nice addition to this meals and others: https://www.amazon.com/Trader-Joes-Cheesy-Seasoning-Blend/dp/B09H5FTZH9 Good luck with everything!
