Customer Ratings & Reviews
The 70 Plus shakes contain the most calcium caseinate compared to other HMR shake products. Because of how this calcium caseinate ingredient impacts the shake mix, it may be necessary to adjust the amount of water needed when making pudding. If you typically follow the box directions, which calls for 2 oz of water to be mixed with the shake powder, you may find yourself needing to add slightly more or slightly less water in order to reach the right consistency. In your batch, it sounds like you need less. We suggest adding water slowly and mixing the shake mix and water thoroughly for best pudding texture and consistency. We understand that people’s preference varies when it comes to the thickness of the pudding. I also recommend after you mix it with a little water, put it in the fridge and it thickens further. Good luck with everything!
