A great risotto.
This is a basic for me. Love the flavor. Just a bit of spice. Sometimes the rice is a bit hard but I just heat a little longer. Easy to add veggies with no need to add seasoning. Could eat this every day.

I like what this other member did by reviewing every meal so she can remember which ones she likes. So far this is my favorite, but i add parmesan cheese. might be good with cauliflower.

not bad
I add peas and cauliflower, a little water, and some parmesan sprinkles. [i don't know if that's "legal" but it really helps]. I don't really care for the taste of meat or chicken, especially when it's shelf stable like this food, so it's nice to have a vegetarian option. I think it'll be a good base for other dishes, too.
