Spaghetti Pasta Parm

Take the HMR Chicken Pasta Parmesan entree and elevate it with a seasoned spaghetti squash. This high volume, low calorie meal will satisfy for lunch or dinner. INGREDIENTS
- 1 Medium spaghetti squash
- Dash of salt and pepper
- 1 Tbs garlic powder
- 1 HMR Chicken Pasta Parmesan entree
- 1 tsp basil
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and prep baking sheet with aluminum foil and cooking spray.
- 2. Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- 3. Sprinkle a dash of salt and pepper on the flesh side of the spaghetti squash, then place flesh side down on baking sheet and bake for 35-40 min, until golden brown and easy to separate flesh with a fork.
- 4. Using a fork, scrape the flesh of the spaghetti squash to pull up the strands. Then place about 2 cups on a plate.
- 5. Heat entree as directed on package then place over spaghetti squash and top with basil.
