  1. 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and prep baking sheet with aluminum foil and cooking spray.
  2. 2. Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. 3. Sprinkle a dash of salt and pepper on the flesh side of the spaghetti squash, then place flesh side down on baking sheet and bake for 35-40 min, until golden brown and easy to separate flesh with a fork.
  4. 4. Using a fork, scrape the flesh of the spaghetti squash to pull up the strands. Then place about 2 cups on a plate.
  5. 5. Heat entree as directed on package then place over spaghetti squash and top with basil.
