PURCHASE OF HMR PRODUCTS
Your purchases of HMR Products through the Sites are governed by additional terms and conditions which you will need to review and accept at the time of purchase. All descriptions of HMR Products and HMR Product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at HMR's sole discretion. HMR reserves the right to discontinue any HMR Product at any time. HMR may limit, at its sole discretion, the sales of its HMR Products or services, or quantities thereof, to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. HMR may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis, in its sole discretion. Any offer for any product or service made on the Sites is void where prohibited. If you elect to purchase HMR Products through the Sites, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
SHIPPING POLICY
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local UPS pickup/drop-off location to see if they have held your HMR order. You may also email us at [email protected], or call us at 605-215-5413, Monday through Friday, with any questions.
Standard Shipping and Handling Charges in the Contiguous U.S.
We ship most orders UPS Ground from our East Coast distribution center typically within one business day of the receipt of your order. Large order volumes may impact shipping timelines. You should receive your order within 2-7 business days after it has been placed.
We regret that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
While we make every attempt to get your HMR meal replacement products (“HMR Products”) to you as fast as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan ahead.

Never run out of HMR Products with our automatic delivery program! Free shipping (and 5% discount) is applied to all Healthy Solutions at Home regularly scheduled orders. Free shipping (and 5% discount off orders of $150.00 or more) is applied to all Phase 2 regularly scheduled orders. These programs are free to join and you can cancel at any time. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. However, the Healthy Solutions at Home 5% discount for Phase 1, and the 5% discount on orders of $150.00 or more before shipping charges in Phase 2, will still apply while the buyer is an active auto-delivery member outside of the contiguous U.S.
The 5% discount and free shipping also applies to any additional HMR Products added to your regularly scheduled Healthy Solutions at Home order. Order as many additional foods as you like on your regularly scheduled order and receive your 5% discount and free shipping on everything!
Free shipping (and 5% discount on orders of 150.00 or more) also applies to any additional HMR Products added to your regularly scheduled Phase 2 orders.
Any orders placed separately from your regularly scheduled auto delivery orders will be charged for shipping if the amount of the order is less than $250 (if in the contiguous U.S.). The 5% discount for Healthy Solutions at Home, and the 5% discount on orders of $150.00 or more for Phase 2 orders, however, will still apply.

Holiday Shipping Schedule
Please note that the shipping and delivery of orders will be impacted by national holidays. Please plan accordingly. If you place an order, or have an HMR order scheduled to be processed in the week leading up to a holiday, you may want to call an HMR Program Specialist at 605-215-5413, or make changes under My Account, and have it processed sooner and/or have it shipped to an alternative address. Please note that HMR offices are closed on national holidays, and orders will not ship until the following business day.
Important Information on HMR Bar Orders and Shipping During the Summer Months
Many specialty chocolate manufacturers do not ship direct to consumers in the hotter months due to potential melting issues. However, we are committed to providing you with HMR® Bars year-round.
NOTE: If you find that your bars are softer than you like due to the heat, allow the box to sit undisturbed overnight in a cool place. Temperature changes do not impact the nutrition (or flavor) in any way.
Required Signature
Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature. However, in certain instances, UPS may require a signature. If no one is available to accept the package, UPS will leave a note following each delivery attempt. UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to HMR.
Email Confirmation and Contact Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email that will provide you with a tracking number. Use this tracking number at WWW.UPS.COM to track your package. You can also call an HMR Program Specialist at 605-215-5413, or access that information by logging into your Account and viewing your order to see the tracking number. You can call an HMR Program Specialist regarding any other question you may have about your order.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with any HMR meal replacement products (“HMR Products”) you purchased from this Website, we will gladly offer you a full refund for qualified returns of your purchases for orders placed on or after February 6, 2023. (Shipping costs are nonrefundable.) In order to qualify for a refund, HMR must receive the returned HMR Products within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Thirty days is counted beginning with the day of your purchase. All HMR Multigrain Hot Cereal purchases dated February 1, 2024, through March 31, 2024, are considered final and are not eligible for a refund. All HMR Multigrain Hot Cereal purchases dated May 1, 2024, through May 16, 2024, are considered final and are not eligible for a refund.

Please note:
Shipping costs, return postage fees and coaching fees are non-refundable. Any sales tax collected on an item(s) returned will be refunded. Generally you will receive a credit back to your credit card within 10 days of HMR’s receipt of HMR Products eligible for return – HMR reserves the right to issue a check for the amount of refund in lieu of providing a credit to your credit card. HMR Products received after 30 days from date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
