Pour water into blender, then add HMR Shake mix, pudding powder, mint extract, and ice cubes.
Begin blending on lowest speed.
Change speed to medium, and watch for desired consistency. For a creamier shake, blend longer on low speed and use small ice cubes. For a more filling shake, add more ice cubes and start blending on low speed, then blend at a higher speed for the last 10-20 seconds.
Blend for 1-2 total minutes.
Stop blender and add food coloring, then blend for another 20 seconds to integrate the coloring.
