HOW TO START THE HMR WEIGHT LOSS PLAN

Our Phase 1 subscription meal plan delivers delicious Shakes and Entrees to your door every 2 weeks for fast, healthy, decision-free weight loss—and you can cancel anytime.

Getting Started is Easy:

  • Choose the Shakes and Entrees you want in your first kit.
  • Each 2-week kit includes enough food to follow the Phase 1 plan each day—stay consistent to reach your weight-loss goal fast.
  • The daily plan is 3 HMR Shakes + 2 HMR Entrees (plus 5 cups of fruits/vegetables that you add)—weight loss made simple! ...And if you're still hungry, you can always eat more of any food that's on the plan!  

Plus, once you join a subscription plan, you are eligible for free weekly group coaching sessions, where members lose almost twice as much weight* as those who do the program on their own.

ALREADY A PHASE 2 MEMBER?

Log into your HMR Account and adjust your orders so you can follow the Phase 1 meal plan for at least 4 weeks, or until you're ready to move back into Phase 2.

Step 1: Adjust Your Delivery Schedule 

  • Switch your deliveries from 28 days to 14 days.
  • Adjust your orders to include at least 4 cans of Shakes and 28 Entrees—plus any additional items you like.
  • This gives you enough food to follow the Phase 1 plan: 3 Shakes + 2 Entrees (plus 5 cups of fruits and vegetables) each day.

Step 2: Be Sure to Join Free Phase 1 Coaching

  • Lose twice as much weight* with weekly Phase 1 coaching.
  • Already in Phase 2 coaching? Just switch to a Phase 1 group now and move back when you're done.
  • If you're not already using your free coaching for guidance, support and accountability, why not give it a try?
