We are heartbroken to announce that HMR will be closing its business after nearly 40 years.
Providing the best care and service possible is at the heart of everything we do, which makes this news so difficult. Our goal now is to be as transparent as possible. We’ve covered the big questions below and in our FAQs and will continue to share relevant updates as they arise. We've also compiled downloadable program resources to support you through this time of transition.
HMR food availability
Good news! You may now place an order for available HMR products while supplies last, using Express Shop. Not all products are in stock and available, and quantities are limited to 5 per item.
All sales are final.

There are no promotional discounts, and a $14.95 shipping fee will be applied to orders under $250. Free shipping applies to orders of $250 or more. Given the high volume of orders, processing times will take longer than usual, so expect shipping delays.

If you work with a local HMR clinic, please purchase products directly from them.

Expect Delays
As we continue to restock product, we are seeing extremely high order volumes. Our small but mighty team is working tirelessly to get your order out, but will need more time to pack and ship your orders than normal. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Auto-delivery membership
HMR’s auto-delivery membership program is no longer active. Orders dated on or after November 11th will not be processed.
Coaching groups
HMR’s weekly Zoom group coaching is no longer available, as of November 21, 2022. To support you during this time, we’ve made some of our most helpful program resources available to download.
