Pour water into blender, then add HMR Shake mix, peaches, and ice cubes.
Begin blending on lowest speed.
Change speed to medium, and watch for desired consistency. For a creamier shake, blend longer on low speed and use small ice cubes. For a more filling shake, add more ice cubes and start blending on low speed, then blend at a higher speed for the last 10-20 seconds.
Blend for 1-2 total minutes, then pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
