HMR Steak Strips with Red Potatoes and Sauce

This savory entree features tender slices of seasoned steak, roasted red potatoes, mushrooms, corn, and green beans served up in a delicious brown sauce. Thai Beef with Pea Pods

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 HMR Steak Strips with Red Potatoes and Sauce Entree
  • 1 cup pea pods
  • 1 tbsp. PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ tsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • dash of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Microwave pea pods until tender.
  2. Heat entree.
  3. Wisk together remaining ingredients to make a sauce.
  4. Drizzle sauce over entree and pea pods.
